Steven Alig
Digital Strategist
Steven Alig is the President and owner of SoFla Web Studio. He is a graduate of FAU College of Business and has been professionally involved in the internet industry since 1997. Working directly with both large national corporate accounts and small local business, Steven understands the diverse set of requirements that different businesses have.
Steven’s unique ability to understand the programming, design and marketing of web technology enables him to create effective and powerful web strategies that create a measurable Return On Investment (ROI). A natural passion for web analytics provides the basis for setting target goals and measuring results on website design, development and marketing campaigns. Steven is an active member of the WordPress community and constantly stays abreast of the latest internet trends and opportunities.
Steven is an organizer and speaker for the annual WordCamp Miami conference which, in 2019, attracted over 1000 attendees through an entirely volunteer effort. Steven is an active member of the Broward County Schools’ Web Design Advisory Board. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. He was Co-chair of the Chamber’s Technology Committee and also served on the Marketing and Finance Committees. Steven also served on the Board of Directors for the Joseph Meyerhoff Senior Center and South East Focal Point.
When not spending time with his family or traveling, Steven enjoys working towards making the internet as accessible as possible for everyone.

Justin Griswold
Information Architect
Justin Griswold is an Information Architect at SoFla Web Studio. He studied Information Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology and has been actively involved in the web industry for over thirteen years. Throughout the last five years at SoFla Web studio, Justin has gained invaluable experience in numerous facets of the web development process and has watched his responsibilities, as well as his capabilities grow rapidly.
Justin is a natural problem solver and brings his inimitable resourcefulness to every project. He is just as skilled at planning & managing a project, as he is programming web applications or designing elegant user interfaces.
When Justin is not developing websites he enjoys spending his time getting outdoors with his two dogs, golfing, tinkering with gadgets, and traveling with his wife Emily.
Deanna Dolan
Writer and Marketing Strategist
Deanna is a writer and marketing strategist who teamed up to work on multiple projects with South Florida Web Studio. She earned her B.S. in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire and worked as a Marketing Manager and Event Planner in South Florida’s nonprofit industry for several years prior to starting her own business, OutsideMargins.com. She has a natural talent for managing and motivating others which has helped her cultivate a highly professional approach to addressing reputation issues for online businesses. Deanna also uses her analytical and creative skills to write dynamic copy that captivates her audience. She specializes in web copywriting, social media marketing, and reputation management.
Chris Parsons
Web Applications Developer
Chris Parsons is a web applications developer located in South Florida. He graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a BA in Economics. Working as a developer for one of the largest internet poker websites during the poker boom in the middle of the decade, Chris refined his skills in one of the most competitive industries on the internet. Since then, he has applied his development skills to a wide range of business, from existing brick and mortar companies beginning to embrace the web, to internet start-up companies looking to become the next Google.
He has also started work on his first book, “Integrating Social Media with Drupal”, tackling the topic of the growing trend of social networking and how to integrate it with the popular open source content management system.
In 2004, Chris was a one-day champion on the game show “Jeopardy!”. He now enjoys his off-work hours with golf, tennis, cribbage, and surfing.
